  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Aromatic spices (e.g., paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper) Adjust based on taste.
  • 1 bunch Fresh asparagus
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (or your choice of cheese) Grated.
  • 4 medium Potatoes Peeled and cut into chunks.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, rosemary) Fresh or dried.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter For tossing with potatoes.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with aromatic spices.
  3. On a large baking sheet, arrange the salmon fillets and asparagus. Sprinkle cheese on top of the asparagus.
  4. Boil or steam the potatoes until just tender. Toss them with minced garlic, herbs, olive oil or butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet with the salmon and asparagus.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the asparagus is tender.
