Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with aromatic spices.
- On a large baking sheet, arrange the salmon fillets and asparagus. Sprinkle cheese on top of the asparagus.
- Boil or steam the potatoes until just tender. Toss them with minced garlic, herbs, olive oil or butter, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes on the baking sheet with the salmon and asparagus.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the asparagus is tender.
