  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (or your choice of cheese) Feel free to mix different cheeses
  • 4 medium Potatoes Any type that you prefer
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for the potato mixture
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme, rosemary) Fresh or dried herbs can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter For tossing with potatoes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with the aromatic spices.
  3. On a large baking sheet, arrange the salmon fillets and asparagus.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of the asparagus.
  5. Boil or steam the potatoes until just tender.
  6. Toss potatoes with minced garlic, herbs, olive oil or butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet with salmon and asparagus.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the asparagus is tender.
  2. Serve immediately.
