  • 2 cups shredded grilled or rotisserie chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
  • cup Louisiana hot sauce Adjust the amount to suit your spice preference.
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 pieces burrito-size flour tortillas
  • Lettuce Enough to layer each tortilla.
  • Ranch dressing For drizzling and dipping.

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. Start by heating a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the hot sauce, honey, and butter to the pan, stirring until everything is melted and blended into a glossy sauce.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer the sauce for a minute or two.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Toss your shredded chicken into the skillet with the sauce and stir until all the chicken is fully coated and heated through.
  2. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes to allow the chicken to soak up all that sweet and spicy goodness.
  3. Set the skillet aside once done.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay out a burrito-sized tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Add a layer of fresh lettuce down the center.
  3. Spoon generous portions of the hot honey chicken right on top of the lettuce, draining any excess sauce to avoid sogginess.
  4. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  5. Fold the tortillas burrito-style by tucking in the ends and rolling them up tightly.
  6. If serving others, slice each wrap in half for easy handling and presentation.
