- Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.

- Place a few grilled chicken strips or chickpeas in the center of the tortilla.
- Add a handful of spinach leaves and a few slices of cucumber, shredded carrots, and bell peppers on top.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the ingredients.
- Drizzle your choice of dressing if you want extra flavor.
- Carefully roll the tortilla away from you, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half and pack it in a lunchbox.
