Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Lightly coat the skillet with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Lay the tortilla wrap on a flat surface.
- Arrange the grilled chicken slices, avocado, tomatoes, and herbs in the center of the wrap.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides of the wrap in and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve.
