About
Hi, I’m Adam — welcome to My Easy Recipe.
Cooking became a real focus for me a few years ago, when I started prioritizing my health and got tired of “healthy” recipes that tasted like cardboard. Since then I’ve developed and tested hundreds of recipes in my own kitchen, with one rule: healthy food should still taste like something you actually want to eat.
A big part of this site comes from my wife’s family. She’s Moroccan, and over the years her mother has taught me how to cook the dishes she grew up with — tagines, spiced breakfasts, warm stews. Two of those family favorites are my Moroccan Chicken Tagine and Moroccan Lentil Soup, recipes I’ve made often for our own family. I’ve spent years adapting those recipes so they work in a normal American kitchen on a busy weeknight, while staying true to where they came from.
Every recipe here goes through the same process before it’s published: I make it, test it again to be sure, and only share it once it’s something I’d cook for my own family on repeat.
This site is for people who want real food that’s actually good for you: high in protein, easy enough for a Tuesday night, and worth making again.
